Our Preview-First Approach

At AI Pet Video, we believe you should love your video before you pay for it. That's why every video comes with a free preview (with a small watermark) before any purchase.

When We Offer Refunds

We will gladly provide a full refund if:

• There is a technical error that makes the video unusable (e.g., corrupted file, failed generation)
• The generated video is significantly different from the preview you approved
• You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error

When Refunds Are Not Available

Since you can preview every video for free before purchasing, refunds are generally not available for:

• Videos that match the preview but you simply changed your mind
• Subjective quality preferences (e.g., "I expected it to look different")
• Videos that have already been downloaded

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@aipetvideo.app within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on the original payment method used for the purchase.
